Mildred V.  Huber (Maloney)
MEADVILLE - Mildred "Milly" Virginia Huber, 94, of Meadville, passed away, on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Wesbury United Methodist Community after several years. She was born on December 29, 1922 in Saegertown, PA, a daughter of Alfred and Mary (Dain) Maloney. She married Roy Adam Huber on June 6, 1942 in Jamestown, NY with Carl and Eva Pease as their attendants. Roy preceded her in passing in 2004.

Milly graduated in 1941 from Meadville High School. Her first job was at Bulk Gas Station and after her marriage to Roy, they owned and operated Mil-Roy Dairy on Route 27.

She was involved in her community and was a member of the Kaiser Hill Grange, Inspector of Elections for several years in East Mead Township, and Ladies Aide Society.

Milly enjoyed traveling the world, playing cards and games, sewing and quilting, and wintering in New Port Richey, FL, for twenty two years. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and many friends.

She is survived by four children, Linda Kerr and her husband, Joseph of Meadville, Robert Huber and his wife Kathleen of Durango, Colorado and Yuma, Arizona, Patricia Stevens and her husband Larry of Butler, and Daniel Huber of Bradenton, Florida; grandchildren, Troy Kerr and his wife Christy of Meadville, Heather, Kerr of Meadville, Rhonda Boulton and her husband Jack of Cochranton, Michelle "Shelly" Schuster and her husband David of Butler and Edinboro, Jill Huber of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Marc Huber and his wife Tamera of Durango, Colorado; great grandchildren, Amanda and Bryce Kerr, Lindsey, Lauren, and Libby Boulton, Hannah and Zachary Brunotts, Alexandra Schuster, and Nicholas and Cassidy Huber; and a sister, Wilma Campbell.

In addition to her loving husband, Roy; she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Sharon Huber; brothers, Orville, Harold, Elton, Auldrain, and Kenneth Maloney; two sisters, Jessie Knight and Isabelle Dorwart; and sister in laws, Eva Huber Pease and Mildred "Midge" Huber Foriska.

Family and friends are welcome to call on Friday, September 8th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm at Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville. There will be a prayer vigil service at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 9th at 12:00pm at Saint Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church, 26012 N. Frenchtown Road (Route 27) Guys Mills (814) 789-2022, with Father Daniel Prez, pastor, as celebrant. A luncheon will follow mass at the church social hall.

Burial will take place in Saint Hippolyte Cemetery.

Milly's family would like to thank all the wonderful medical staff at Wesbury for the kindness and care they provided Milly over the years.
