Obituary for Bernard Russell "Tim" Foulk

Bernard Russell "Tim"  Foulk
Bernard "Tim" Russell Foulk, 77, of Guys Mills, passed away, Friday, June 16, 2017 at UPMC Hamot. He was born on March 30, 1940 in Meadville, Pennsylvania a son of Carl Foulk and Mabel Fleek Foulk the 11th of 12 children. He married Shirley M. Smith on June 24, 1999.

Tim was employed in the woods for Palm Brothers, was a Randolph Township Supervisor, retired from PennDot in 1997 after 27 years, then he went to work for Randolph Township for 6 years retiring again in 2004.

He enjoyed attending bluegrass festivals, listening to bluegrass music, country music, running backhoe and his prized Kubota, farming equipment, mowing the berms up and down his road, helping his neighbors when needed. One of his greatest passions was laughing. That is why he looked forward to meeting all of his friends at McDonald's each and every morning. They are all part of his family.

Tim was a member of American Legion Post 205 in Saegertown and the Eagles Aerie of Meadville.

In addition to his loving wife Shirley Foulk of Guys Mills; he is survived by four children, Tina R. Baney and her husband Jeffrey of Guys Mills, Bernice M. Klingler of Meadville, Charles E. Foulk of Meadville, and Pamela J. Reisinger and her husband Brian of Meadville; two step-children, Anna M. Weakland and her husband Patrick of Petroleum, West Virginia and Brian F. Carless and his wife Jessica of Cochranton; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Nelson of Townville and Christa Shank and her husband John of Frenchtown; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter -in-law, Cheryl Foulk on January 15, 2017; five brothers, Williard, Willis, Robert, William, and Wayne; four sisters, Ila, Elma, Carolina, and Dorothy; as well as sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

Family and friends are welcome to call on Tuesday, June 20th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 21st at 11:00am

Burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
