Condolence: I met Joey and the Tatters family in 1973 when I worked as a Caregiver for a neighbor of theirs. Joey came over every day after school to talk with me. A life long friendship developed with him and his whole family. I will never forget Joey! RIP Joey.

Condolence: Several years ago I worked as a substitute secretary for Crawford Central School District. Joe was always so nice to me. He was so polite and always stopped in the office to see if there was anything I needed. He always had a smile on his face and that made me feel welcome at his school. He was truly a gentleman.
